Choosing the right materials and finishes is crucial when searching for the perfect look that meets your budget. It also needs to stand the test of time in all environments, especially challenging but also looks aesthetically pleasing for all that come and go for years to come. All our décor choices are selected from either Kronospan, Egger or Plfleiederer.
When planning projects, it is important to see samples of the finishes to help visualise the full product. We can even go one step further if time allows us to and produce and install a full sample room to truly get a sense of what is being ordered. This can help on final decision making, testing and give piece of mind on quality.
Once the final drawings have been completed and issued and approved by the customer we complete a full site survey for a dimensional and room check. Only when all have been completed and amendments made will we proceed to production.
As a Mulberry customer we believe building relationships with our clients as a key to deliver any project with success. You’ll be introduced to your dedicated project manager straight away. This PM will be your point of contact for the full duration of the project.
The project manager will oversee the design, manufacture and installation process making sure all the decisions are implemented, that manufacturing are producing to the required dates and that the delivery and installation is on time, in full and to the best quality.
We completely understand the need to be flexible and will work to adapt our timings if the unforeseen happens and changes in the project happens.
Our Project Managers are experienced in completing detailed room surveys so all measurements are recorded and included on the drawings.
As well as measuring the room dimensions, site surveys can provide opportunities to identify any potential issues so they can be avoided or planned for.
As well as working with our end clients, our Project Managers are also experienced in working alongside main contractors to deliver complete FF&E solutions for a complete fit out project.
We will act quickly to meet tender deadlines, we will look at what can be done to value-engineer to make the project cost-effective but still hold maximum strength.
We are experienced in delivering orders to one off delivery date and point or managing phased deliveries to whatever the program demands.
Our installation teams have completed many projects of all sizes and all across the UK and abroad. They know the importance of working to schedule and with minimal disruption in certain environments when needed. Our Project Manager will oversee all deliveries and installations and be there for the project start and sign off.
In-House Manufacturing
Our In-house manufacturing facility which uses the latest advances in technology to enable the machining and production of your products to the highest detail. Behind the machines is our highly skilled team who are experienced in bringing your products to life. With our in-house manufacturing capabilities, we have complete control of the production process and can create almost any unique requirement for our clients. Please feel free to visit our factory and see your products being manufactured, you will be more than welcome and we’re confident you will be impressed and re-assured.
Being in control of the production process allows us to work to tight timescales. Where a lot of competitors will claim to be a UK manufacturer, it comes apparent they are not with 12 week lead times or when they can’t deliver when you need something in an emergency.
With large fit out projects, we can manufacture and deliver to the projects requirements and we can also hold onto your products in case delays become an issue.
Our team of skilled craftsmen are committed to manufacturing high quality goods that are fit for purpose in challenging environments. All items are quality controlled from design to manufacture.
Our teams are trained to avoid any points that may be a ligature concern. All gaps will be avoided and sealed. All products are quality checked before leaving the factory so we are confident in our quality of workmanship which is why we are confident to offer a 7 year guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials.
Our delivery teams will deliver to the specified locations, remove all packaging and place items to your exact preference. When it comes to fit out projects are delivery and installation teams work together to make sure all pieces are on-site and in position for installation to take place as smoothly as possible.
We always try and complete any snagging as we work through the project to avoid disruption later. If any materials are urgently required, we can have them quickly manufactured and sent up overnight. Our installation teams carry a wide range of tools and solutions with them to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently so sign off isn’t delayed.

Any cabinetry furniture manufactured and supplied by Mulberry Contract Furniture is covered against faulty workmanship and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear and malicious damage, accidental or not.
